DISTINGUISHED VISITOR CALL

The department Departament de Matemàtiques i Informàtica together with

IMUB offers a grant for a research visit 3 or 4 months starting before the

1rst of October 2019, perferably of a senior professor.

It finances the accomodation in an appartment plus 1200€ per month for

living expenses.

REQUIREMENTS:

•A strong research record in Mathematics and its interactions in any area

of the teams in the IMUB or in the Department.

•International work experience and not currently be working in Catalonia.

 NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION

• Curriculum Vitae (at most 4 pages) with contact data and personal

information including a list of publications

• Research proposal and list of activities (at most 3 pages) to be

developed together with at least one member of the department.

• Letter from a member of the department that agrees with the research

plan.

January 2019.
